Reverend Ken Gabbadon, friend and visiting preacher at St Andrew’s in recent months, who is based in Larnaca, will once again feature in the UK Channel 4 programme ‘A Place in the Sun’, broadcasting tomorrow (18 March) at 1800 (UK time).

Fr Ken first featured on the programme in 2021, in his search for a home (in the sun) after retiring from work as a prison chaplain – a role he combined with parish appointments in Manchester (where he worked with Fr Alec on providing Racial Justice Training for the clergy of the Diocese) and Leeds.

Now with a PtO in Cyprus, Ken regularly ministers in local parishes, particularly the student chaplaincy of St Mark Famagusta.
